guys, collars always look tight on cats that are mid-long haired. another factor is if this is shot between mid fall and early spring, the cat is going to have it's winter coat still grown in. a cat with a collar on too tight wont move it's neck as much and will have difficulty meowing and purring. this one was purring fine.
