  • Ogaal, well said, you couldn't have said that better :-)

  • Very straightforward and up to the point discussion on the issue as a whole between these two gentlemen. The root cause of lawlessness, war, poverty, misery that drives people to take these horrendous chances must be fully addressed before the pirate situation is solved. Somalia must be assisted in obtaining peace. The many problems and the suffering of the people on land must be alleviated first to fight off piracy. Failed states ought to be helped, not ignored. God Bles Somalia!

  • GREAT HASSAN YUSUF, well done, but you need now to post new video where you tell the whole world that Puntland eliminated and still trying to destroy piracy in Puntland, tell the whole world that Dr. Faroole is on war with Piracy

  • 'Break the cycle' you say as if it's as easy as that! If it were, would there really be any poverty anymore? Also, these people out on the ships aren't there for an honest day's work. They're stealing Somalia's fish and resources, while dumping their toxic waste! Look on the Internet, it's there for all the world to see.

  • Who said these people aren't hard working? They're just trapped in the endless cycle of poverty. It's almost impossible to get out. No, stealing is never okay, but in this situation it's understandable. Wouldn't you do it to feed your family?

  • your crazy to say that a person who steals and kills others just to "feed their families" whatever man if their lives are so bad because of poverty and violence then break the cycle dont take it out on the open seas because those ship owners and people who work on those ships want to feed their families to right????
