There are actually two ways you can finish with your tennis forehand.

The first is the traditional way of finishing high on the tennis forehand. This will allow you to drive the ball and be more aggressive.

Many people ask how do you get more spin on the tennis forehand. The answer is turning your hand. I am not talking about using the windshield wiper technique.

I still want you to extend when you hit your tennis forehand. Just turn the hand as you hit it.

Using these two simple finishes on your tennis forehand will drastically improve your game.

Watch this tennis lesson to improve your forehand instantly. These little known forehand secrets can help you play great tennis.

Former ATP Top 100, USTA High Performance Coach and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Jeff Salzenstein, reveals inside this video the secrets on how to rip your forehand

  • this is a great video! thanks!

  • @bigtomfrost you're welcome

  • I KNOW YOUR NAME DID YOU PLAYED ATP TOURNAMENTS.?

  • I teach kids all the finishes and they are crushing the forehands...I do not teach nadal's buggy whip where the arm goes way behind the body...I do teach a modified version of it and it works beautifully.

    Thanks for the comment

    thx

  • man.. how about the forehand of roger federer?

  • @TennisCoachTV Buggy?! At least be specific and mention buggy for people trying to imitate it. Show some respect for Nadal's talent.
