Ed Matthews, in the suit, should have been arrested.
If you walk up to someone and grab something from them, in this case the mask, then it is the person that steals or initiates an assault that should be going to jail.
The type of clothes you are wearing should not make a difference, a suit is not a license to commit crimes.
