You're obviously confused. You don't need faith that the sun will rise tomorrow. Knowing that the sun will rise is based on previously experiences and is a verifiable natural occurence. Religion is not verifiable.

If you're going to use metaphors, at the very least please understand the concepts, first!

  • @erianneavery

What's your point? Faith is all you have when you don't have proof. What a lousy substitute.

  • The flames of hell swallowed him up

  • @USAConservative2012

how can you make a mockery of something that is not based in fact, in the first place? why are you so worried about the mormons when in fact your belief system may be just as wrong as theirs?

  • @USAConservative2012

You do realize that every religion, including your belief in jesus, is man-made mythology? So until you or the mormons or any other religion in the world produces verifiable proof, it's really all fairy tales.

  • @Ingle92protege actually no. It is true that people tend to fuss a lot more than they should at times, but in having had close interactions with some of these brethren in the past this is how individuals choose to act around them. This is not something that is expected by these brethren. Are you saying that if they asked to visit your house that you wouldn't want things to be as nice as they could be? I don't call that worship, I call it respect. Big difference.

  • @Ingle92protege Man who honoured God, all his life and placed God first is honoured, not worshiped.

  • man i remember when i was really young i met him and he gave me a lolipop and i thought he was great

  • Wow, I can't believe he's gone. He was such a good speaker. I would be sad, but I know he's in a better place, with his wife and other loved ones. I also know that we'll see him again someday.

  • he will be missed greatly, i was just getting past the death of president faust and now pres. hinckley died. im stunned
