This video will show you how to fix the GTA IV error " APPLICATION FAILED TO LAUNCH " GTA IV.
Detail: Application Failed to Launch. The application you are attempting to launch failed to start. GTA IV may be blocked by Windows Parental Controls/Family Safety. Please make sure you have access to the application before trying to launch it, or contact support at: http://www.rockstargames.com/support
It usually happen after clicking "START" on Rockstar Social Club, and many people experienced this problem including me
How To Fix? Easy
1. Go to http://www.rockstargames.com/support/IV/PC/RSGSC/index.html
2. Click on "DOWNLOAD Rockstar Games Social Club Update" and Save it wherever you like
3. Run it, and it will update your RSGC
4. Enjoy the game, I hope it fixes your game, Because it fix mine
5. If this doesn't work. Log in to Rockstar Games Social Club ( Create an Account if you don't have one ) and run the game through "LaunchGTAIV.exe"

Can i put this on a cd or do i need to download then put in the cd? And i only have offline...... Fuck my itoucky keybord -:(

@TheJunkComputer same problem man! i downloaded crack! tipe in google: "gta 4 razor crack download" a than find good crack (i downloaded 5 crack, and finnaly i foud it!) but i can not still play game because rockstar social club...-.-

when i sign in to social club it say's im not a user and i'v reset my password 10 times and created a new account 2s PLEASE HEPL I CANT SAVE GAME OR PLAY ONLINE!

@PXPGamingHD to save, you only need offline GFWL account. and for online, i don't play online, so i don't guarantee anything about it
