@wildchiks16 the abdominals are all one muscle group. there is no upper or lower focusing exercise. Dont listen to anyone who claims that one exercise exercises lower abs while other focus upper abs. "lower" ab exercises just sometimes feel like they're focusing lower abs because they involve strengthening the hip flexors down there. hope this helps! do all sorts of abdominal exercises! mix it up. I'm a trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology ;)

does this only tone the top half of the abs? or does it do all over the stomoch? coz i really wanna tone the bottom half more than the top.. kind of where your tummy sticks out more? yuk ha would be good if you could let me know! and if you got any other tips :) thanx.
