What's going on in this discussion is that control-scroll on the Mac effects the screen, on the PC it effects the browser (There are keyboard shortcuts to effect the browser as well, so the Mac has both options.)
Within the browser, it will depend upon the specific browser whether the entire page zooms or just the text. Newer browsers zoom image and text.
oooh! i see what you mean now lol. well it makes everything on the webpage bigger, pictures and video's etc. but not the start menu. its pretty crappy and useless in windows anyway aha.

I turned on the two finger scrolling, then you just hold ctrl and use the two fingers on the toucpad like your scrolling up.. No need for a mouse

but when I do it, it never makes the start menu or pictures bigger, only the text
