2. Tap your desired dash direction on the stick

3. A split second later, tap down on the c-stick

4. ???

5. Profit!

But really, that's the most efficient method.

So how exactly do you do Powershield Dashing? I tried it, and I can only do it once in awhile. Most of the time, there's a lag period before my shield goes up.

press X then press X again and hold it down. he will start to glide. press left and right or up and down to move up/down. press A to attack and stop the glide. you cannot change direction while gliding.

when you're in the air (before you used your last jump) just hold down the jump button and you will glide.
