I just want to encourage you all. I am very proud of you.Even though I have some native anscestory I was brought up white and so I have had no idea as I think most Canadians are so vague on your realities, which your people face. i should say i wish the government would know how it feels like living in the isolated community. no access no anything. can of pop 2 bux. jug of milk 10 bux. 1 loaf of bread. 5 bux. i think we pay more on our food.better then ppl living down south. think we are paying taxes too!!! prolly if u shop at northern in island lake YOU would think u are getting ripped off! single on welfare dont get enough funds fpr 1 month.
