Polarized Light Display Box - Fallout Sheter Program

A low quality video without sound of my polarized light display box with a civil defense fallout shelter program transparency. The box uses a motorized wheel with polarized film on it in front of a round lamp. The moving wheel causes the polarized film attached the certain areas of the transparency to appear to move behind the transparency resulting in an animated effect. The polarizer film on this transparency is behind the shelter sign triangles. The film has peeled away over the years from behind the transparency so it doesn't look quite right.
