I like Askren's tenacity, but he still is very green and makes a lot of mistakes. He wouldnt crack top 10 in the UFC right now.

It is obvious Ben Askren doesn't want to fight. This is not MMA it's a wrestling match with a few punches thrown in.Bad for the sport. Eventually he will run into fighters that have an answer for all the takedown strategy and when that happens Ben Askren is done!

He's a staller and a very incomplete fighter, far from a top level MMA artist yet. He'd get eaten alive in the UFC WW division
