That is the real stig and it's fucking gun driving. Have you ever RACED a car, on street tyres, with NO driver aids turned on? He did bloody well to hang on to that numerous times and the little kicks out are to make it look exciting on camera.

if you don't believe this is the enzo lap, count the time this lap takes and look at the top gear power lap times.

it sounds like an enzo, and you can't see the lights on the steering wheel because of the camera angle.
