    Why should you send them anything? This is a civil conflict, outsiders should never intervene unless their own security is directly threatened. Mercenaries (Non Syrians) have taken up arms against the state, and the state has a duty to protect not only itself but to maintain security. Imagine some French militias came to the UK to fight against the government and then Germany says here you go take all the weapons you need to bring down the UK government, would that be logical?
