[Tutorial]Phoenix Dynasty State Consultant/ 5 Element Palace

After you leave phoenix village talk to state consultant and start your quest for the 5 elements.

It would probably be best to skip the 5 element quest, but if you really want to grasp the elements it can be useful.

I made mistakes because I was just then getting the grasp of what element supports the other. This quest can be confusing.

it's just one of the many gems that can be added to eq to improve certain values. It's not that useful since there are better gems available. I guess at lower levels it would be... I think it also can be needed for a quest?
