just another really stupid, financially wasteful WoD effort by the US gov. They're not fighting "drug runners," they're fighting God who created the poppy plants and its opium-based derivatives.
It's stupid to fight God and His creation. Poppies were legal for 1000s of years. only in the last several decades has the bored US gov blown billions based on whiners' hysteria.
re-legalize, re-regulate, re-educate. eliminate the black market (no offense to Obama, et al), eliminate Prohibition.

Yeah, I don't think so. We are spending over 20 billion dollars this year on the war on drugs. 60 percent of people are in prison for a drug problem, and another thing pal. I smoke pot and that's it, and if that makes me a drug adict in your eyes then so be it! But you better not be some fucking alcoholic trying to tell me how to live my life!
