Fireworks in Beijing At Chinese New Year Eve 北京新年的鞭炮声

It was the first time for Beijing Public Security Department to use helicopter to moniter the possible fires that could be caused by the new year fireworks.

According to the data from the Public Security Department, It received 161 fire reports during 12:00am and 1:00 am at the new year eve night (02-02-2011). 54 people were hurt
