@jordantimm1 thank you :) what are you doing to lose weight? I just can tell you what works for me...I changed my eating habits, count calories and work out 2-3 times a week (if I'm not so busy like I am right now sutpidly :( )

@whjwahh Im like 5 six but i cheked out your other videos .. were kinda the same body type but im smaller... lol i guess i always think of myself as bigger xD but i weight well i weighted like 190 but i also had alot of muscle because i used to work out tons.. but now im focusing on losing weight... not just gaining muscle :)
