@supdud1 I'm not sure to be honest, one of them was probably 6 ft or a little taller and the other one was under 6 ft.

@JohnClarkDunks Thanks that cleared it up for me. I just wasn't sure but is seem easier for me to dunk off 1 foot because i have more speed so i can jump from farther away. But i will practice both, not used to dunking off 2 feet any suggestions on how to dunk with 2 feet without loosing much speed??

@supdud1 Jumping off two feet you do glide somewhat but not as much as off one foot. When you jump over someone off two feet you can jump a lot closer to the person then you could off one foot. When you jump over a person off one you have to go from farther out then two feet which makes it harder to time and more risky that you might hit the person. Also in my opinion I believe that you have more balance jumping off two feet which in turn makes it easier to clear a person.
