Me(ozank) maxing with godsword in duel arena and castle wars.
I did not wear strenght amulet or tassets, that is 4 str bonus im missing.

1 prob cw doesnt count in cause no one has more than 99 hp so max hit on someone is 97-98

if useing best possible str gear, overload/extreme str pots, castle war brace (replacing them with barrows gloves in the game), and turmoil the therorecal max is 104
course brews are needed for that

The highest possible hit against another player is in the safe minigame Castle Wars. Using the prayer Turmoil, and the potions Extreme attack and Extreme strength. With the equipment: Vesta's chainbody, Vesta's plateskirt, Dragon Boots, Amulet of strength, Berserker ring (i), Castlewar brace and an Armadyl Godsword, the special attack can hit 99 on a player holding a flag.
