I see Sandvik in there now, but the rule does state any downward move by either or both arms negates the lift. We had a man bomb at Nationals because one moved down then up again each attempt. Also I talked to a Cat II judge who was there and he said the dip was by both arms and worse than the video shows.
Ran it by 2 other judges and all agreed it did dip. Also one of them wondered why he was given a 4th attempt when and we looked it up, the IPF no longer allows one unless there is a misload.
wow...its a bench press, u didnt just accomplish world piece, calm down hoe

He didn't get any fourth attempt. Where did you gopt that idea from?
The three IPF cat I&II judges all considered the lift good, now red lamps.

Well, the complete bar needs to dip for a no lift, which didn't happened her.

I heard about this one and they took it away from him. The bar stopped, went down then up. Jury was right to overrule the platform judges.
