Cross Forward J stroke in Whitewater Canoe

Here is a quick demonstration of a cross forward J stroke I've been using. It's becoming, if not already is, my go to power stroke for all sorts of moves that require maximum speed/power - Off-side ferrys, against the grain in heavy current, extra speed to punch big holes, ect.

I think this will only work with a scoop blade, as the outside corner barely catches the water(correction), as it propels out of the water(recovery).
