This is the How to Nose Manual Tutorial. This is best after you are comfortable riding your board and you have your manuals and ollies down which I also made trick tip videos for. This one may take a litle time but its fun to learn and once you get good at it you can do many different things with it. It also helps when you are ollie'ing up onto the ledge to have your balance set a little back so that you don't stick your nose into the ground and fall forward.
