This is a bit of a video blog I have started in response to the most recent episode of The Biggest Loser, where Jillian used negativity to try and motivate a contestant to contribute their best effort to a workout. That is not only not effective, it can also lead to severe regression occurring.....
I hate to be brash, but excess negativity will NOT motivate a person to succeed, it will make them feel like a failure and they will have the attitude "Why bother trying if people are being negative towards me or expect me to fail?"
That leads to REgression instead of PROgression.
If I get postive feedback from this introductory blog, I will post more.
Also, if I were allowed, I would be more than happy to go on The Biggest Loser and take on the role of trainer for season 9.
During Season 8, I will be attaining some more post-secondary education in the field of Child and Youth Care (also deals with helping troubled families & people who suffered trauma)

By all means, if you want me to be a trainer for Season 9, let me know. I am ready to help people who are truly in need of it.....by putting them through a positive-fueled transfiguration process....
I am curious to see if MY method of motivation through constant positives and therapeutic activtiy would help people enough so that, not only would they be physically changed, but the rest of them would undergo a positive change as well.
It takes more than just weight loss for a person to change their lives. Those are just numbers on a scale.
