We found ourselves
Sittin' in the woods.
Tye dye t-shirts and
Peace signs
Oh we
Were livin' so good.
Look at that cloud
Look at that tree
Look at that smile
Smilin' back at me.
Oh I hope these hours last
A long, long, long, long time.
And the sun
Never goes down.
We were standin' by each other like
Lovers do.
I was feelin' like a butterfly
While his eyes
Were turnin' blue.
At the same time
Across the deep sea
A million soldiers
Fightin' in an army.
Oh I hope these people learn
To find some peace.
And put their weapons
On the ground.
I was sittin' on a rock
Outside my house
Beside a pond.
While starin' at the water
I realized
This is not
Where I belong.
Maybe one day
People will see
And understand
What it means to be free.
Oh I hope I change the world
One person at a time.
Then everybody
Will all calm down.

You have my first name and my sister's middle name, Nicolette Paige. That is what made me watch this video 'cause I thought it was a cool coincidence...

And yet I watch your video to find you actually have a stunning voice, and if you wrote that song yourself, then you have something that hasn't been seen or felt since the era that the song is about. Your voice, the song, all of it feels like it came from a 70's clip.

The dreads help too, of course :) Awesomely done, sister.
