How to Shoot a Basketball (How to play in the Low Post)?

In today's video, Coach Tom explains how to seal the defender in the low post with a "Drop Step." It's simple, but DEADLY and a great way to get the bucket and the foul (AND 1). @sunboytv You can use two hands if you want to.

The two handed power dribble is just short, explosive and in better control in traffic around the basket.
