It is a touching song. I sang it in the bathtub.

Amazing.....

With you all respect it does not beat the original, but a very good version indeed........

@iball4201 Oh trust me, I'm not close-minded. I have a great appreciation for music of all sorts, and there are of course, many songs out on the radio that are great. But songs about ass, tits, pussy, drugs, alcohol, etc? I think not. Music doesn't have a need for all that vulgarity.
I'm not attacking ALL music, but merely stating the reality that many of the most "popular" songs out on the radio have shallow meanings that don't stray any further than sex and superficial things.

@FaireXIII It's really too bad that there are so many people like you out there. Close minded to anything you don't understand. I totally agree that this is a beautiful cover of this song. It's just too bad you have no appreciation for the passion that goes into MOST music.

Beautiful rendition by Seal.

@TheAkelei It's by Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes, which featured the late Teddy Pendergrass as lead vocalist

It it really SO much work to name the original author of this song? I assume it's simply red, right? I don't have anything against cover versions, but I would like to recognize them!!!

The only good thing to come out of this sad breakup is I have rediscovered how great Seal is as a singer!
The greatest version of this song, ever. Even beats the original.

We need more REAL music like this, not that trash that's being put on the radio everyday.
