  • @Watson212 If you don't make a mess, it doesn't need to be covered. The front of the hood is draped and prevents any backsplash that may occur during the cleaning process. Nope, that's not a grease collector, it's a clear plastic container with some kind of melted butter that the cooks leave there for putting on toasted bread. I don't touch their stuff.

  • 15 Seconds in you show that you behind you isn't covered... thats a cutting board and plates I see not covered. Is that the grease collector on the cutting board?
