  • If you're going to use peanut butter how about using natural peanut butter made without hydrogenated oils.

  • I should hope moms don't feed their kids JIFF.. :S

  • Michelle Obama’s $4.5 billion "Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act" mandates broke school districts to grow gardens and have salad bars, but it begs the question why can’t the existing system be revamped to give children healthier choices without costing a fortune.

    .

It also takes $2.2 Billion away from the Food Stamp Program to fund it. Currently the US pays some farmers not to grow food, and Michelle is on Sesame Street using Elmo to push it.

  • @CreatingMagic heavly processed food are a bigger problem then peanut butter if u buy all natural peanut butter or organic its not that bad for you and fat is energy too its not completely teriible for you if you have a low meat low processed food diet penut butter can help you meet your daily fat but i wouldnt add the honey in and i drink raw milk rther then conventional

  • Hi!

I really enjoyed this video but I do think that this is one of the reasons that a lot of Americans are obese. The myth that peanut butter is good for Americans and 'high in protein', it's not. It only has 20 grams of protein per 100g (which is 660 calories!!) . It's really fat and fat has 9 calories per gram. On top of that you add a banana (pure carbs), honey (pure carbs), and milk (protein/carbs).

  • I just made this right now and it was incredible!!!
