You could run an "enterprise" linux distribution, but all you get is someone to blame when your sysadmins come back empty handed.
With GNU/Linux Debian, you get battle-scarred sysadmins, clueful users with years of Linux and Unix under their belt, who enjoy making your enterprise work. The right way.
with ten of thousands of hosts per sysadmin, the potential for savings are immense.
Down side to this?
They like their jeans and their neck beards.
