Terrible Idea! Lets kill all construction and homebuilding jobs!? Let's put everyone in the honest, working labor-oriented end of business out of work? Where will our growing population live? Will we all be crammed together in the cities? I want explanations and cold, hard factual scenarios...not just wishful thinking and pure conservationist idealism. Development is 1/5th or more of our economy. We shouldn't shoot ourselves in the feet, here.
