Its 1927 and talkies are just beginning to appear on the silver screen. Buster Keaton tried to convince MGM to make his first sound picture but they weren't exactly sold.
Shot on 35mm film, this half-animated, half live-action comic short is a rollicking, stunt-filled escapade homage to Keatons historical experience. Director Francois Aubry stars with his pitch-perfect portrayal of Buster Keaton. (Featuring animation drawn directly on the film emulsion in the groundbreaking tradition of Norman McLaren.)
