If you are talking about the upcomming patch 1.05? I haven't had the opportunity to try it out on testlive yet but from the notes what some people calls a nerf actually looks good even in the perspective of a ToS. Yes, no more oneshots or random insane storm crown hits but instead shorter cast times and some fixes of more or less broken feats. However, I strongly belive that the ToS will keep its place very high up in the DPS charts in PVE and even though weaker, more versatile and fun in PVP.
