Any place really. Best to show them a picture. Keywords include "wedge", "step", "blunt line". Say whether you want it tapered with the scissors/clippers or graduated. Some places use a razor instead of scissors.

It's the cutest haircut ever. I like it better with a clean shaved nape. It looks gross when it gets long but my dad dates a haircutter so I can get my hair trimmed as often as I need. I love the look when it's fresh cut and especially when someone carves it out of nasty bland long hair. It's so much cuter.

I dont think she thin the hair too much, but I do agree that the heavy weight adds to the contrast and makes the cut even better.

This haircut was FANTASTIC and PERFECT, until the stylist took out the razor (the weight-line should have been left as thick & sharply defined as possible) in MY opinion !!
