@Lucielou163 Are you in touch with them? If so, it'd be nice to know what they've been up to all these years. :)

@boojay57 I couldn't agree with you more! My aunt knew Tommy and I got to meet him back in '81 when I was 9 yrs. old. He was such a nice guy and autographed this album for me. Woods Empire was one of the reasons Five Star appealed so much to me. Both are great families who had great style and delivered incredibly underrated music. So good to know there are other fans out there. :)

Smooth grooving perfection! This is a VERY hard LP to come across... good luck to all the true diggers

Too many old gems out there. Great sound & great voices. You can step to this. Oh man, I'm feelin' it!! 1 Love my friend. Keep posting.

@fairnorth Only after they've come to England :) It's such an uplifting song with inspiring lyrics and an irresistible beat. I want to be on a dance floor with this on!

this album would of set the world on fire, truly polished. great sound, three brothers and the four sisters had a remarkable sound. tommy was a genuis. i was fortunate to have had known them as family and friends. the only other group i enjoyed in my younger years as much as the "woods empire", were the j5. some groups hit the mark, woods empire touched the soul and heart! i'll never forget their style and professionalism.
