Pushups on the foam roller are slightly more difficult than push-ups on the floor.

Some people find pushups on the roll to be easier on the wrists.

When you perform this or any push-up make sure your hips and spine and head all push up in line and your chest touches the floor or foam roll in this case.

Push-ups for beginners can be an only exercise but for advanced can be a finisher.

Try performing push-ups in between bouts of 2 minutes of high intensity jump rope for a great cardio workout.
