Bet you did'nt know if you turn on your hazards and flip the turn signal to left or right ,both taillights will go in both directions providing it's stock

ive got a restored 68 cougar xr7 , but i cant get the sequential turn signals working, im thinking about getting one of those new solid state turn signal sequencers from west coast cougars, would that fix it?
