  • That locomotive probably has the world's BIGGEST driving wheels...

  • just one personal question is th 08 shunter from this clip still at southall?

  • Saw The Railway Children in Waterloo. Dissapointing becuse they used just steam to simulate the train going up the platform most of the time. Rip off stuff there. They even had a shop with things on display, But iit was closed. There was a tiny shop there though with ridiculous prices . They had two train sets there , three bars . They wouldn't allow you to bring in outside food in ,or drink , So i sneaked some in.

  • she had no funnel and lovely engine and that massive driving wheel

  • Two questions regarding this lovely engine:

    1. Will No. 1's tender be finished soon, or has it already?

    2. Will she ever return to steam again?

  • steam really was art, from the most modest workhorse right up to the mighty Mallard etc. Art

  • Such a beautiful engine!

Pity that she will not run again

  • can she steam anymore or is she passed it
