Philips AMBX on a MAC with amBXer and Boxee on OS X

As I bought an AMBX Basic set, I was looking for some drivers for MACs. Because the AMBX is pretty cool in Windows. And the software from Philips works on Parallels and Windows nicely. But I do not want to use Windows, but OS-X and ITunes etc.
The program I found is amBXer and it is open source. But as one can see, there is still lots of work to do as the colors are not matching and the whole light is not bright enough.
There are 2 other programs around ad they can be found on the AMBX forum, but a real solution ist not in sight yet. Anybody has an idea? A couple of people are willing to donate via PayPal for a working program like amBX Illuminate and a integration into ITunes ...
