Hey, I love this place. I go there every year! It's for sale.. And I really don't want some jack off to buy it and remodel it into a crappy Condo/Hotel resort..
Even though no one probably will. its a posibility. My family of 25 need $500,000.
If you buy it, I hope you let people come.
It's a great place. Not to be keeped to one person. And not to be ruined with a commercial business. I dont know what else to say. But I love that place! My parents got married here, Well in a bait shop nearby.
