Once the plaintiff falsely accuses someone, the case is dismissed. : P

@n8glenn Right - well far more of the 662 Behavioural Genetics Association and APA members polled attributed group differences to both genetic and environmental variation than environmental variation alone. You could consider the debate in June 2005 issue of Psychology, Public Policy, and Law, Vol. 11, No. 2. Or the post on psychometric links at Professor Steve Hsu's blog and his discussion about recent human evolution or on Robert Weinberg's MIT biology lecture.

I just stumbled over your video, is the girl in your video acting? Her body language seems "inauthentic". And BTW, there are so many things that seemed apparent to me as a kid that's only now been "proven" or "confirmed". The fact that there aren't different races within the human race came as no surprise to me, however, the fact that it took this long for it to get confirmed is what's truly surprising. Or is it? Albeit I'm not a fan of how dark your video is, it's very good. Old info, new info.
