LA BRIQUE - CHRISTMAS JAM

CHRISTMAS 2011 - What a blast at La Brique's Friday Night Jam with David Alcantar (That Journey Guy), keys, trumpet, vocals; Walter Lakota (Ladies Man), tenor sax; and my bro Jesse Lagmay (Boss Of The Blues), tenor sax, vocals. Sitting in were: Logan Bacharach, tenor sax; Paul Maslak, baritone sax; John Alcantar, trumpet; and Tom Shearer, trumpet. Mike Hinton (lead singer in Jesse's Take Five band back in da day) is in town from Houston and sat in as did singer Cozette Hanich (we were high school cheerleaders together)! John Handzel should have brought his bass but we had a good time dancing! (Dec. 23, 2011)
