  • I am very grateful to have been able to spend time with him several times in The Village & at Maxwells in Hoboken. Jeff was truly one of a kind and It sometimes hurts to know what could have been, especially because of how good music is STILL somewhere out there. He used to shop in the store I managed back in the 90's in NYC and I loved talking to him about music & books. Definitely one of the smartest guys I knew..still missed. Also went to see the movie KIDS with him once..

  • omg he was in my counrty dammit !! i was just 4 yr old

  • @DeathLetter94 i was thinking ingor ?

he performs a few of her songs (yard of blond girls) in sin e and thats in new yourk

  • @Broadwaytuna le premiere album...think about it...now thats sad.

  • @MzMeanE possibly even themister boombastic

  • i love his beiaf of the worlds rage even when all is at peace, like people feel rageful loive rageful passion, even if the dont show.

even if you get kicked in the nuts for it, i love that, fuck sake jeff, mtv is boring grey plastic perfectly formed...squares yeah squares are boring shapes.. ..but he's so right,

  • "What really fuels your art is the courage to express it." (Jeff Buckley). Amen, Jeff. You were so far ahead of your times. Miss you.

  • For some reason the part at 3:44 is so sensual to me.

  • @rkm549 It is like Buckley himself said "people who talk poetically and speak, express , are devalued." I just believe Jeff was operating on a level that was so far ahead of most people, it would be easy to put it down to drug use. But like with most people, that was only a small piece of his life. The mans words still resonate with a purity that you dont find very often.

    Peace,

    Kellar
