It's a tricky cheat to pull off but it means that your team will never concede a single goal via penalty thanks to a goalie that will merrily drop his trousers to distract the penalty taker at just the right moment. Best goalie ever.

You do this by holding down L2 and placing the right handle of the controller in you ass. True story.
