  • Well done! I especially liked the Menuet! On a side note, I'm surprise that the fourth piece Passepied hasn't been posted yet on U-Tube. I keep checking for a performance of it on a weekly basis. I would post myself playing it but I don't have the resources to record it.

  • Actually, you can look at Ron Altbach, piano, and I have a posting called Suite Bergamesque part2, which includes Claire de Lune and Passepied. It's from this same performance at a small gallery in New York City

  • I played this for an audition but slower because I felt he wrote for more a feeling not tempo.

  • Trop scolaire pour du Debussy :O !

  • I agree with you. Devoid of emotion just a succession of notes

  • the way its supposed to be played!

  • thanks for this video, i enjoyed it a lot. lovely fluid interpretation of the prelude. beautiful relaxed fingerwork throughout. you make the menuet look easy! :)

  • great preformance I like the design on your piano. Very beautiful. I enjoyed it alot.

  • 6:04 to 6:54 is easily the best piece of music ever written, by a very long way. Amazing.

  • quien interpreta ??

  • I Disagree. This is very well played.

A wonderfully delicate interpretation of the prelude with excellent tempo choices.

  • Very nice. I'll give you five stars. The Prelude is very popular because it is technically not too difficult. Most people destroy it by excessive rubato and wild tempo changes. Your's is a little too straight, but execution is excellent. Great job on the Menuet, which I worked on a bit and left it as it is more difficult. I play the Prelude and will upload it after I get my piano tuned.

    John
