You would not believe how easy it is to get knocked off of those platforms. Ran and Chen are hard to hit because they fly around so quickly. Even if you do manage to knock them out, they'll just be revived.

Grr Yukari, the only boss that gives me problems.. well besides the um.. *cough* next boss, and Shikieki (which game is she even from?) I condemn them all to Hell!
Speaking of Shikieki, I can't wait for that level. My personal favourite song in the game and what I think is the most epic.
And after seeing you give Remilia's weapon to Marisa, I also did on my last playthrough. Although you do get more uses with Alice where it counts.

Sikieiki is in Phantasmagoria of Flower View.
I still prefer to give Remilia's weapon to Marisa because it leaves a trail that deals damage to enemies. I don't know whether the total damage [(damage per shot) x (# of shots)] is higher for Marisa or Alice, though. On my next playthrough, I'll give Sakuya's weapon to Alice, like you suggested. ^_^

Oh PoFV, that one annoys me. It isn't the classic style and the screen's too small for my taste.
As for Remilia's weapon, when I had it on Alice I beat Patchu (final form) and still had plenty uses left. It actually hits her 3 or 4 times. I know it hits the same general number of times for Marisa but I ran out of it when I had it on her and faught Patchu. Desperate Patchu without weakness = not too hard but just annoying enough to kill yourself!
