@samphire87 Well I am no expert but I don't think you're doing anything wrong, that position really engages the core so if yours is not strong enough you shake, you just have to keep working on it til you're stronger. The same happens to me lol

i remember how much i HATED you the first time i did this video. haha. i still can't do pushups to save my life, but i actually finished the dreaded arm circling and everything else. finally.

@lavenderinjune usually flexing your abs help since abs are the only muscles that hold your back's lower part. Try putting more weight on your triceps while flexing your abs and when you succeeded and started to feel the pressure on them, only then try pushing your buttocks. Maybe it helps :)

Doing the first exercise hurt my lower back so much... I can't keep it a straight line, and I didn't feel it in triceps at all... :(

Just starting to up my physical activity along with bettering my eating habits - I barely managed 5 butt ups (much faster than yours too), but considering you're lifting your body weight and I currently weigh over 200 lbs, I'm feeling pretty proud of the 5!
