Yep. Furio had a talent for collections. In addition to an ability to recoup all debts in full, he had a way of encouraging those who had fallen behind on payments that it was in everybody's best interest to stay current. Hey, nothing wrong with a guy offering folks a little incentive. Terrific scene!

@bearmassaro see obviously your understanding of this show and mafia history in general is way out of whack. John gotti had Paul castellano murdered in front of starks steak house in downtown NYC in front of dozens of people, he personally was right around the corner in a car... and they got away with it. As with most mafia murders, they get away with it. In this the show the sopranos have dozens of police and officials paid off. so they turn the other way...soooo suspension of reality????
