First test of DIY CNC-Machine

First test of DIY CNC-Machine. This is the video of the small CNC-Machine I build in under a day. During the test I tried milling a piece of wood 3mm at a time. Everything went well, but the milling tool got lose during testing.

Nice looking machine you've got there. I'm going to be building a machine a tad larger than yours within the next couple months, and I just had a couple questions.

First, I'm also planning on making a spindle based off of a Brushless motor.

1.) How did you go about attaching a collet/bit to your motor, and what size bits can it accept?

2.) Which motor/ESC did you go with?

3.) What are you using for a power supply for the spindle?
