I really feel sorry for those who never had a decent Public Affairs Officer at their summer encampment. This sounds like a personal problem, so if you need to address these matters, I suggest you should use what you learned through your own summer encampment and bring it up your chain of command.

our honor guard got better, plus the one one the left has improved drastically and goes to Norwich University and is hella awesome now.
